Leaders Cause Harm by Talking about AI Replacing Staff

Staff members are fearful enough without being reminded of AI options

The headline that ruined Monday for a lot of people was: “Amazon Plans to Cut 30K Corporate Jobs.”

Kind of ironic since last Monday’s Amazon AWS crash played a large part in ruining last Monday for a lot of other people. 

Amazon doesn’t like Mondays. Or it has a case of the Mondays. Pick your own joke there.
