The Science of Our Thermostat Settings

As seasons change, the ambient temperature, inside and out, also changes.
In workplaces and homes, a debate often occurs: What is the best temperature setting for ambient air? Some people feel that no temperature inside is too cold, even one that would lead to the heat being turned on at a different time of year. For other people, no temperature is too warm.
