The Ohio Department of Medicaid is experiencing service degradation with the Electronic Data Interchange, an issue that began on October 11. Technical teams are continuously working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Until it is fully resolved, trading partners and managed care entities may experience delays in the processing and response of EDI transactions.
Providers who use a trading partner may experience delay in payment for fee-for-service claims that was submitted since this issue began. We apologize for any inconvenience and will provide updates on progress and resolution.
