What you’ll do
Under the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will serve the team members of your assigned locations in all areas of human resources. You will serve one or more retirement communities, on or more home health and hospice locations, or both. You’ll manage people, processes, and all things HR.
What it takes
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field required
- Five years experience in human resources required
- Strong knowledge of employment guidelines, regulations, and laws required
- Experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or other related medical field preferred
- Proficiency with an HCM, ideally ADP Workforce Now, required
- Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS) required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
