OABA and More Than 200 Organizations Voice Concern for EPA Vulnerable Species Pilot Project
The Ohio AgriBusiness Association, along with 206 other organizations, recently signed a letter voicing concern to the U.S. EPA regarding the agency's Vulnerable Species Pilot Project.
The letter strongly urges the agency to withdraw the proposal and work with stakeholders to develop realistic solutions that will help the agency meet its legal obligations under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) while not seriously and irreparably harming pesticide users, our economy, and rural communities.
