Executive Assistant to the President & CEO

Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a fast-paced trade association with growth potential? We are in search of a resourceful, proactive, ambitious, and out-spoken person to assist our President & CEO with a variety of tasks.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

Managing an extremely active and changing calendar.
Assist with planning, agenda development, dissemination of materials, execution, and follow-up of meetings for the President & CEO.
Anticipate needs of the President & CEO and maintain effective lines of communication.
Plan and develop meeting and presentation materials.
Proficient computer skills, including database administration a must, a strong understanding of online programs like Asana and Salesforce a plus.
Manage a very active committee & board meeting schedules.
Assist with event planning.
Assist with composing internal and external communications.
Screen calls and review correspondence and e-mails, and draft responses for CEO as appropriate.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries and process expense reports in a timely manner.
