As part of its objective to guide associations to best practices, the European Society of Association Executives (ESAE) is now organising an online discussion focused on achieving a smooth relation that will guarantee the association’s sustainability and growth.
ESAE is inviting association executives on Sept. 15 between 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. to the first open session of ESAE’s Leadership Circle, with the title “Power games: Board vs. Secretariat."
A panel of experienced Association leaders who have served a variety of associations will focus on the balance of power between an association’s board and its secretariat.
