ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Kristine Dugan is Vuma Business Solutions' co-founder. She leads its strategic business operations, HR & risk management consultation services. She possesses an MPPM, PHR®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, D&I in HR Management Certified and a certificate in HR Ethics. She has held a variety of leadership roles in the private, public and nonprofit sectors over the course of nearly 30 years and has an innate skill for assessing organizational issues and designing creative solutions to complex problems. She has served as a chief operating officer and director of operations in the nonprofit sector and in multiple leadership roles in the private sector.
In her role at Vuma, Dugan works in close collaboration with key players on your team to identify and mitigate risk to safeguard your organization so it can continue to meet the needs of those it serves. She lives for operationalizing the day-to-day and thrives on the challenge of helping clients put into place systems, processes, policies and procedures to enhance their organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
