Cathleen Snyder, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the director of training & development at OSAP member Clark Schaefer Strategic HR. She possesses decades in Human Resources (HR) services and implementation practices. A frequent speaker for OSAP, she has presented at quarterly luncheons, breakout events at our annual conferences and on various online webinars. Snyder understands the valuable role that nonprofits play in shaping our culture, and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge with OSAP members at our Q3 event on Oct. 11, 2024.
