The Mid-Ohio Food Collective and the city of Columbus on Wednesday announced a new partnership aimed at transforming the vacant shopping plaza in Eastland.
The 67,000-square-foot Eastland Prosperity Center is scheduled to open in 2026. Construction is expected to begin early next year.
Projected to cost $13.5 million to build, the Center will offer a free food market, a community health and other resources and programs.
