Balancing Flexibility and Productivity in the Return-to-office Era

COVID-19's effects have impacted almost every facet of society

Following the lifting of restrictions many companies initially continued to allow their staff to work remotely. For example, in February 2022, 84 percent of workers in the U.K. who were required to work from home due to the [COVID-19] pandemic reported that they planned to work in a hybrid manner, splitting their time between their offices and their homes.
