Learn about ways to maximize membership to grow non-dues revenue
On May 2, join your fellow OSAP members for the Q2 educational luncheon meeting where you'll learn from our speaker, Barbara Burgie, owner of Burgie Media Fusion, who will present on the topic: "Maximizing Membership & Engagement to Drive Non-Dues Revenue."
In today’s evolving association landscape, membership engagement is the key to unlocking new streams of non-dues revenue. In this session, we will explore how associations can leverage their membership base to drive revenue through digital and print advertising, sponsorships and event engagement opportunities.
We will begin by evaluating their current members to define their demographics, interests and engagement behaviors. From there, we will evaluate the most effective tools to engage members while simultaneously creating valuable opportunities for sponsors. Attendees will learn how to seamlessly integrate sponsors into these platforms to enhance value for both members and partners, resulting in increased revenue.
Key Takeaways:
- Develop a Strategic Member Prospectus – Learn how to analyze your membership data to identify key member segments, engagement trends, sponsorship opportunities and monetization potential.
- Leverage Digital & Print Advertising for Maximum Impact – Discover how to integrate targeted advertising opportunities into your communication channels to create new revenue streams.
- Monetize Engagement Through Sponsorships & Events – Understand how to align sponsors with highly engaged member touchpoints, from virtual events to in-person experiences, creating win-win opportunities for both sponsors and members.
- Effective Management – Learn how to create effective guidelines to govern your advertising and sponsorship program, ensuring alignment with your organization’s values, preventing off-brand content and creating a consistent and reliable income stream.
