Don't ignore the signs when they abound

You cannot ignore the signs. Anyone working as a professional in association management should consider the body of knowledge and process to become a Certified Association Executive (CAE).

I didn't know its importance until I began the process. Through the process, I could assess what I did not know and start to study (strengths and weaknesses). By learning with others, we bolstered our determination to attain this life-long designation.

Admittedly, I might not have gotten my CAE had it not been for a mentor who asked each week, "Bob, did you do your required reading?" And a community of professionals who wanted the best for their peers. Thank you to all.
