Leaders Do Not Need to be Perfect
They need to be inspiring
"It is my mistake! Sorry," said one of my employees in a big meeting.
"No, it was mine," another employee jumped in.
Then, I explained why I thought that mistake was not theirs, but mine and the lessons I took from it. We all took notes for improvement and moved on.
