Government Affairs Manager

Columbus REALTORS® is seeking a Government Affairs Manager to assist in its local advocacy and political efforts, working closely with policymakers, public officials and industry leaders to advocate for and advance the organization's priorities.
In this role, the government affairs manager will be responsible for and will support:
- Managing and administering local governmental affairs and political fundraising activities for the Central Ohio REALTORS® PAC (CORPAC), in support of the real estate industry on behalf of its membership.
- Supporting the government affairs director in pursuing the association’s advocacy strategies for internal and external audiences
- Assisting with implementing annual legislative agendas.
- Building relationships with local public and elected officials.
- Monitoring and researching issues and legislation, and
- Educating members on key policy issues.
