DeWine Discusses Statewide Preparations for Total Solar Eclipse

The influx of visitors has prompted state agencies to collaborate

Governor Mike DeWine and other state officials are discussing how Ohio is preparing for the total solar eclipse on Monday.

Officials from the Ohio Department of Transportation, Ohio Emergency Management Agency, Ohio State Highway Patrol and Ohio Department of Natural Resources will join DeWine in Friday's press briefing.

Last month, DeWine signed an executive order directing all state departments and agencies to properly prepare for the eclipse.
