Ohio BWC Announces Private Employer Policy Year 2024 Notice

An invoice will be mailed on June 1, 2024

In late April and early May, the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) will begin mailing information regarding the estimated annual premium for the policy year beginning July 1, 2024. The letter will include the payroll estimate, installment schedule and premium information for the next policy year. It will also included an updated certificate of coverage for active policies.

If an employer needs to change any information for the upcoming policy year, please call 1 (800) 644-6292.

The annual notice is not a bill and installments should not be made upon receiving the notice. An invoice will be mailed on June 1, 2024.
