Today, the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) announced that six organizations will receive ASAE’s highest honor for associations: the Power of Associations Summit Award, conferred to celebrate and promote the invaluable contributions that associations make to America and the world. Summit Awards will be presented to honorees at ASAE's Summit Awards Dinner on Sept. 24, 2024, at the National Building Museum in Washington, D.C.
In addition to the Summit Award recipients, 25 associations have been honored with Power of Associations Gold Awards and 43 organizations received Power of Associations Silver Awards. All award recipients were selected by ASAE's Power of Associations Awards Committee. For a full listing of award recipients, visit ASAE's Power of Associations website.
"The world of associations continues to evolve quickly, and associations are proving adept at focusing on the needs of their members and communities in this continually changing environment," said Victoria Forlini, CAE, director of meetings, AGU, and chair of the Power of Associations Awards Committee. "The 2024 Summit Award winners all produced programs that support both the association mission and a larger connected community. The Power of Associations Awards Judging Committee was impressed with the breadth of work conducted by associations that leverage their unique expertise to positively impact local, regional, national, and global communities."
