11:30 a.m.:	Doors open/auction access/cash bar opens
11:50 a.m.:	Luncheon begins
1:20 p.m.:	Bidding closes
1:30 p.m.:	Networking/auction item pickup/cash bar closes
2:00 p.m.:	Event concludes
